Katie Johnson is a visual effects producer at Image Engine, known for her exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to fostering collaboration across teams. She ensures productions run smoothly while helping clients’ creative visions come to life.
At Image Engine, Katie has contributed to projects including The Gorge, Willow, Snowpiercer Seasons 2-4, The Mandalorian Season 2, Alien: Ore, Carnival Row, Mulan, and Pokémon: Detective Pikachu.
Before Image Engine, Katie worked at DNEG Vancouver, starting as a runner and quickly rising to production assistant and show coordinator on Deadpool 2. She continued to work on feature films, including Pacific Rim: Uprising, The Kid Who Would Be King, Holmes & Watson, Godzilla: King of Monsters, and Venom.
Katie grew up in Vancouver’s North Shore and graduated with honours in Journalism from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
